Private Banking Division at Merrill Lynch and JFE Hottinger & Co.
He also has international experience working in cities around the
globe. Emerson de Pieri was responsible for the family company named

Laura O’Neill is Manager of Market Research at HBC
Bank, responsible for conducting and analyzing all market research
related to the company and its affiliates. She has been a member of the
International Bankers Association since 2004 and is also responsible
for all LBA back-office activities. She has a Master's Degree in
Economy from Penn State University (USA) and a specialization in
Marketing, Advertising, and Public Relations from INSEAD (France).
Her Bachelor's Degree is in Business Management from the
Universidad de Bogota in Colombia.

in Capital Markets from IBMEC /FGV (Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de
Capitais and Fundação Getulio Vargas) and one in Business
Administration – Finance, from Fundação Getulio Vargas. Carolina
Madeira has 12 years of
experience in local and international financial markets in the areas of
corporate banking, trade finance and corporate finance. She started her
career at Bankers Trust N.A. in Argentina,
worked in Banco de la Nacion Argentina,
Citibank in London and joined Banco Itau
in Brazil
in 1997. In her last position at Banco Itau in Brazil she accumulated the
functions of Latin America Head of Risk and Trade Finance
